In Landlord Poker, players are divided into two teams: The Landlord team with one player and the Farmer team with two players. If you are part of the Landlord team, you win when you have no cards left. If you are part of the Farmer team, you win when either your partner or yourself have no cards left.

Every player has a chance to be the Landlord, and this is decided by bidding.

The game of Landlord Poker is played with a deck of 54 playing cards, including two jokers. Each player has at least 17 cards at the beginning. The remaining 3 cards are reserved for Landlord.

A card beats another card when its rank is higher than the other. Red Jokers has the highest rank, followed by Black Joker, Number 2 and Ace. Number 3 has the lowest rank. A combination beats another combination if there is a card in it that beats all cards in another.

Note that cards in Kicker cannot be compared. Suits of cards are ignored in this game.

The combinations are similar to the hands in poker, except there are more variations and not necessarily consisted of only five cards.

【玩法說明】

在 Landlord Poker 遊戲內,玩家會分成兩組:其中一人成為地主,另外兩人成為農民。地主一方需要打出手上全部卡牌才能勝出,而農民一方只要其中一人打出手上全部卡牌就可以勝出。

玩家會透過叫地主時段選擇是否成為地主。

鬥地主這款撲克牌遊戲一共用 54 張牌(連兩隻鬼牌),每個玩家會有 17 張牌,最後有 3 張牌則屬於地主。

在鬥地主內,出牌時必須出同類型的牌,而卡牌的大小分別為:紅鬼 > 黑鬼 > 2 > A > .... > 3,撲克牌上的花色是不會被計算在內。

卡牌的類型與一般的撲克遊戲大同小異,但鬥地主包含更多有趣牌型,而且可以由多於 5 隻牌來組成。
